A different kind of confession

I have to apologize to all my friends and family who have been following my family's adventures. My blog has been stagnant and boring for almost a month now.

I have just been too tired or too busy to blog. It started at my birthday which is also family reunion weekend. Then I was back and forth across the bay for two weeks with my sister and my cousin. Then a week of engineering day camp for Ross and finally we all got sick.

We are mostly well now, but Ross, Owen and I are off to Houston for the weekend (burglars don't bother, Jason is off and will be at home).

I promise to take lots of pictures in Houston and do some back blogging when I get home to catch you up on our comings and goings.

I have had a lot to think about for the past month. I have been reminded over and over how blessed my family and what is really important: like health, love, friends, time with my family and my relationship with Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. All the things you can't buy.

I am looking forward to a few days with my sister. Ross is so excited about flying on a plane. It is his third trip, but he doesn't remember the first two.

So, everyone pray that Owen will not meltdown on the plane rides and please keep an eye on my sweet Jason.

Keep watching for new posts! Be back in a few days!

Have fun Ann!!! And, don't worry about not posting - I think everyone has been a little slow with the blogs lately. I guess it's just summer! I really enjoy reading about your family especially since I don't see ya'll that much anymore. I'll look forward to future posts - but no pressure we can wait=)

Have fun in Houston Ann. We'll miss ya at church on Sunday. Hopefully Owen will be a good travel companion and I know that Ross will be a big help.
